US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - 6,000 Bonus Miles with NewPower Offer??

Anyone have additional information on the the US Airways 6,000 bonus mile offer from NewPower?

It sound interesting, but I have never heard of NewPower in the Philadelphia area.

It looks like a good offer. Their electric rates sure couldn't be higher than Phila Electric.
