My wife has been trying to achieve silver preferred and is about 3/4 of the way there. She has taken a few trips that have not been posted with USAirways even though she has given her dividend miles number. I have sent e-mails to the service center and have gotten no response. Calling has been a problem as well, since they hours are only m-f 8a-6:30p. We try to take care of this type of stuff at night. Anyone else had this type of experience?
