US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Elite Luggage Tags Improved?

To those of you who have received your elite packages for 2000...
Did US Airways stick with the cheap, tacky luggage tags they used last year (1999), or did they go back to the nicer, more durable ones of past years? I personally hated the 1999 tags. Thanks.

They continue to be tacky, and are also different colors. My Chairman's is the same (company grey), but my wife's is gold (reflecting the new name for Pref. Plus), and none of them have the year on them.

Yuck! Oh, well. I guess the new Transatlantic Upgrades make up the difference for now. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Yes, the Preferred luggage tags are the cheapo tags like last year. The US Airways Club tags, however, are the old style tags that I loved so much... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
Aww, I got comped club access but I didn't get comp luggage tags. Can I get those at the Clubs themselves?

Yes, you can order a set of 2 Club tags for $6. Ask at the club for a form... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
I can get them cheaper at OfficeDepot... Thanks for the info anyway http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
