Best Western Rewards - Anyone Transfer Points to Another Person's Airline Account?

Is it possible to transfer successfully from one BW account to another person's airline mileage account? I know the T&C's say that the receiver of the miles must be the same person but oftentimes the computers will not check.

Anyone experience this?

Is the other person family member? T&C let transfer points between persons with the same address. So first you can transfer the points to the family member, than the other person transfer the points to airline miles.

Points can be transferred between any two members as long as they both fill out a form and sign it. Points to miles as far as I understand must be transferred to the same person's mileage account. The points transfer need not be the same address.
