Germany - hotel.de Is this a reputable reservation service

has anyone used www.hotel.de to make reservations in Germany or Switzerland? was it reliable and trustworthy..i would like to know some feedback before i book with them or hrs.de

Both hrs.de and hotel.de are reliable and trustworthy. I have never experienced a problem when booking through them.

No problem at all. I have used both several times, would however prefer hrs.de. I find their shop easier to navigate.

I second Flying Lawyer. Never had a problem with hrs.de.

I have used hotel.de about a dozen times in the last few years for reservations in Germany, France, and Czech. Never had a problem, including pre-paid reservations. Only one time in Prague the hotel did not have my reservation when I showed up and they were full. So the hotel put me up with their sister hotel. Better hotel, better location for the same rate.
