Mid-Atlantic - Baggage, Customs and Re-check at PHL

I'm finding decent airfare out of my home town for Barcelona, however, on the return there is only a 2 hour layover at PHL. Does two hours give us time to get our luggage from baggage, go through customs, and then re-check our luggage and get to our new gate? This is our 1st trip to Europe and the first time flying through PHL.

Another question, when you recheck your luggage after going through customs, will you need to pay more luggage fees?

2 hours should be just enough (I've gone through customs with checked bags in under half an hour before); however, I have never been through PHL customs/immigration before and am not sure of what the lines are like for the time of day your flight arrives.

Also, if your bag is tagged to your final destination you shouldn't need to pay any checked bag fees. If not, then you'll have to.
