Southwest Rapid Rewards - SPG -> RR processing time

Hi, has anyone tried transferring SPG to RR?
The confirmation e-mail states 2 to 4 weeks.
I'll be okay if it's 2 not so if it's 4.

Just wondering whether anyone has done this and can advise.

I transferred 60,000 on 8/30 and another 21,000 on 8/31. By 9/7 they showed in my RR account. They were back-dated with 50.5 points on 8/30 and 17.5 points on 8/31.

Those, with my existing points, gave me enough for a Companion Pass with an expiration date of 10/31/2011. Almost 14 months!

Well I suppose if you have tons of them in the first place it wouldn't hurt as much.

Plus 5k bonus per 20k technically making it 1200:1 like the Chase card. There is a 24hr transfer limit of 79k. That's why I did 21k the second day to get the extra 5k.

good point ... i forgot about that because i only need to transfer 6,000 pts ...

similar time for me as well. Requested 9/02 posted to SWA on 9/8 (but dated 9/2)
