Les Ailes won't have one (at least not this year), but does anyone know which ones might? I suppose some of the ones in the Marais?

I usually dont have a problem as most places in Israel have them, but friends that do travel over Succoth usually will do take out and bring it to a shul that has a Community succa up for everyones use , of cause make sure the shul OKs the food from wherever it is you want to get it

its not the same as eating at the restaurant but better then nothing

You're talking about chol hamoed as opposed to finding a place to have yomtov meals? I suspect you're more likely find restaurants with succah in 19eme than in 4eme or 9eme. Check consistoire website or mangecacher.com and call restaurants?
