There is an option on their web site to report it. I just went there to report one of mine as missing. However, the web site is very slow and when you submit the information, more than 75% of the time, you get an error on the submission. I kept trying and finally got it to go through, but the web site needs some serious help.

Is anyone else having problems with Wyndham's web site?

I tried to submit a missing stay this morning and had to try for over 20 minutes to get it to submit. You fill in all of the information on the form and click submit. You get an "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page" error. After repeated attempts, it finally went through.

Then, trying to submit a comment to them gave the same error. As I type this, I cannot get "submit a comment" to work at all.

The web site needs some serious help!

Tried to call them on the phone but its a continuous hold. Poor customer service all the way around.

I logged in with no problem. You may have just experienced a temporary glitch.

One time I stayed at Wyndham and had no real problems with getting an award. This time.... Geez.....

First, the web site is a mess. Slow, slow, slow. You enter something and click submit and get the "web page not found message" about 75% of the time. Then you have to reenter it all again.

Trying to get the on the phone is at least a 10 minute wait. If a husband and wife stay in the same room, they won't post the FF award to the wife's FF account if the room was in the husband's name. I said, OK, set up an account for the husband and then post the points there.

They set up the account. Back to the Internet to try to set up a password. Again, the web site is slow and frequently gives the "web page not found" error. Fight through that. Nothing shows that the posting is going on. Try to submit a missing award. There is no folio number on the receipt to get things linked together. Finally get that submitted.

Now we wait another 3-5 days to see if anything posts.

By comparison to other hotel chains... These processes leave a lot to be desired. It doesn't encourage me to stay with this chain. Just too much hassle.

As I posted in the web site upgraded thread, the new web site seems to function better than the old web site. And, after two faxes to WR, I finally got my stay posted. A few more days and I hope that I will actually have the earnings over at Southwest.

Slower than I would have liked, but we seem to be getting there.

I've seen other partners, such as Alamo, that post to Southwest within 24 hours or less of returning the car. I'd sure like to know how Alamo can post so fast. Better yet, I wish all of Southwest's partners knew how Alamo does it.

i reported a missing stay last month, and i got a reply two weeks after saying i'll get the points in 7-10 business days. I still haven't got them yet, but it's only been 4 days, so...

I'm still looking for a post from April 25. It shows on their web site as pushing the data to Southwest, but still no post at Southwest.

When you call, nobody knows anything. They can't start to research it for six weeks after the stay.

Trying to log into the web site, that won't come up this morning.

Absolutely horrible customer service.

Hi, I have a problem with a stay that has not posted on a stay in Mexico.

I have been in contact by email with a WR representative called "XXXX", that has given me various ridicoulus excuses to not credit me with my points.

I stayed in the Ramada Hotel in Chihuahua for a business trip on April 20-30, 2010 and then May 3-14, 2010. My May stay is posted but my April stay has not. I have been a member of WR since mid 2009.

Her first reply was this:

"I received your information and I regret to tell you that your stay at the Ramada in Chihuahua, Mexico on 20-30 April 2010 cannot be credited to your account.

The stay occurred more than 30 days before you were a member of Wyndham Rewards. A new member can earn Wyndham Rewards points on qualified stays that occurred within 30 days before enrollment. Your Wyndham Rewards membership enrollment date was July 2010.

I do see that you got points for your stay in May but that is the discretion of the hotel to post within the 30 days. "

After this, I emailed her with proof that I have been enrolled since 2009, and this was her response:

" Thank you for contacting Wyndham RewardsŪ. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Upon researching our database, I was unable to find your stay at the Ramada in Chihuahua, Mexico on 20-30 April 2010. In order to credit your account, a copy of the receipt along with your membership number is needed."

I send a copy of my receipt two weeks ago and there has been no reponse.

Should I have any hope by now?

Best,
LC
