Wyndham Rewards - Can you buy Wyndham points?

I've got 4650 stranded Wyndham points and I'm trying to make a transfer to US Airways for the Grand Slam promo. Any way I can buy points to get there?

Any other cheap ideas to get from 4,650 to 8,000?

And given the crazy swings in Wyndham's hotel award chart and the concern some have expressed that perhaps the same will happen to conversions to airline programs, I think I may very well spend $22 to top off my points to the next conversion level and cash out.

How long does it take for these points to post in your account?

Once you purchase points they will post immediately. You would just have to log out and log back in and you will see them.

It's not at points.com. It's implemented (at the Wyndham site) by points.com. (In case you weren't aware, lots of hotel and airline programs outsource the purchasing of their points to points.com, but it's always done starting at the program site, not starting at points.com. Generally, you go directly to points.com when you want to do something involving multiple programs, not when you want to do something involving just one program.)
