Hey...I am shipping my dog from Houston IAH airport to London Heathrow UK.
I have been able to contact DEFRA so I know what I am doing there...I know what happens when we land in London...
What happens here at IAH when I drop my dog off, I know she has to go by cargo, is there a company who deals with the animals or does each airline have their own staff?
Do you know if I could tour the facilites at IAH airport?
Any information would be good... I havent decided yet if I will use BA or Continental...
