When did Paul & Norbert Restaurang AB in Stockholm close? I had one of my favorite meals of all time there 12 months ago. What happened?
They closed in March of this year. The building the restaurant was in will undergo a two-year renovation and Norbert Lang did not want to move the restaurant to a new location. So he shut the place down instead. Lang plans to do guest chef appearances and private dinners.
