Work (grad school) is busy lately so I can't take too much time off. I have travel booked for thanksgiving to visit my family and I'll be about 2300 miles short of requalifying for 2P on UA. I can fly CO to LA for the weekend for $240 and not miss any work, or fly UA to COS out of AUS and miss work this weekend for $160. Both options will easily put me through the threshold.

Do y'all think there will be more deals in the next month or two to complete my 4th requalification?? Thanks..

Definitely wait and see; it's hard being in a hub but prices generally drop in Sept/Oct. 2300 is not a lot of miles; there should be a lot of city destinations that work.
