Florida - Single day in MIA with a tourist

So, there are some $98 SJU-MIA RT's right now ($144 all-in) and I need to get some AA segments.

Ms MKT saw me booking one and insisted I bring her along. She's never been to Miami (and she travels more than most FTers!), so what was an MR is now a day trip.

We're both relatively young (late 20's, early 30's), and we arrive in the morning. Our plan once we get picked up and get a car is to head straight to Miami Beach for a late breakfast/early lunch, spend an hour or so at the beach, shop, dinner with my sister and her family in Key Biscayne, and then back to Miami Beach for partying.

Any suggestions on where the specifics of my plan should take place?

Breakfast at the News Cafe, lunch and/or cocktails at the Clevelander.
Shopping on Lincoln Road mall. Perhaps lunch at Van Dyke Cafe if you are there.
Depends what you want in partying. Mango's is interesting for the dancers. Touristy though. All the clubs are on Washington Ave.
