Singapore - Breakfast at Changi

I'll have a couple of hours between flights and am looking for a place to have a quiet leisurely breakfast. Can anyone recommend a full service restaurant serving breakfast at Changi?

Breakfast in Singapore is usually pretty casual events. Maybe you can try Azur at Crowne Plaza Changi for a full service breakfast .
