Washington D.C. (including Baltimore) - IAD: luggage plastic wrap???

Can anyone confirm that IAD does/does not have a luggage plastic wrap machine? I've seen them in airports all over the world but don't know if IAD has them???

Any help???

Can't say I've seen one anywhere in IAD. Indeed, given that TSA can open your luggage after you've turned it over to the airline, I'd think that it'd be a waste of money to get the service since it's likely to attract attention of TSA and get you're luggage hand searched (and thus, have the newly purchase plastic wrap cut open/off).

This question comes up frequently at the Travelers Aid Information Desks at Dulles. Unfortunately, there is no such service at IAD.
