Washington D.C. (including Baltimore) - Suggestions for barbers in/around Bethesda?

I'm looking for a legit barber -- I've come to enjoy the ones with scalp massage, neck shave, etc. after switching from the Great Clips type places.

When I used to work in Bethesda I'd always go to the Old Georgetown Barber Shop. It's near the corner of Old Georgetown Rd and St Elmo Ave. Their prices are good and was always satisfied with the cut.

I went back there a while ago during the World Cup - they have a big TV and were watching one of the games on cable in Spanish. And all the while, the barber was yelling at the TV in Vietnamese. Kinda funny I thought.

There are also a couple of other barber shops right in that area but I never tried the others.
