Other Hotel Programs - Shangri-La Golden Circle Contact Details

Hi All:

I have had recently some great stays at Shangri-La Hotels, including one exceptional stay this weekend in Suzhou. I would like to email Golden Circle to compliment an employee who far exceeded all expectations from any hotel I have stayed at. Does anyone have a name and contact email for a senior person within the Golden Circle program to whom I can email to express great pleasure with their hotels? Thanks in advance.

I'd also like an email address for someone at Shangri-La (or indeed a generic customer services address - there isn't one listed on the website, and I don't want to use the "Email us" form). Anyone got one...?

When I deal with GS, I usually call in (in HKG +852 2197 5600, there might be world wide numbers). When they follow-up, they use the above e-mail. When I had replies to it, the response was usually swift and answered personally by one of the GC managers (but always using the generic e-mail).

@ Unitedair767: it would be nice if you can share your experience here as well. In addition you might consider sending your comments to the editor of the Golden Circle Newsletter. You might even get 2 free nights in a suite if you are picked as "mail of the month".
