Thrifty - How to create an advertising budget

Hi everyone. I hope some of you can help me with this. I'm looking for the average percentage of projected annual gross sales used in the car rental industry... used in calculating an Ad budget.

I know how to create an Ad Budget; I just want to know what is used in the Car Rental Industry.
