It seems many of the Best Western Business Plus locations do not offer express check-out. Was curious if others have found this same thing.

Was curious if others have found this same thing. How do you find Business Plus locations? (I haven't "found" them, I've only "stumbled upon" them.) Anyway, yes, the one location that I know to consider itself Business Plus (but mainly from having stayed there and gotten "Business Plus" stickers on the newspaper, and stuff like that, not from the reservation process) does not have express check-out, while the Comfort Inn & Suites next door (which makes no "business" claim in its promotion of itself at all) does! wingnut23 Aug 18, 10, 10:04 am Business Plus Hotels can be found here: http://www.bestwestern.com/programs/businessplus/hotels.asp sdsearch Aug 26, 10, 11:16 am Business Plus Hotels can be found here: http://www.bestwestern.com/programs/businessplus/hotels.asp Wow: And if you click on Amenities there, you'll see a claim that all Business Plus hotels are supposed to have Express Check-Out. And it also says you're supposed get your Free Weekday Newspaper "fresh off the press", not when you check in in the evening (and whether you're elite or not): http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/best-western-rewards/1114104-hotel-withoolds-newspapers-morning-give-them-other-elites-evening.html wingnut23 Aug 26, 10, 9:28 pm I have found most of the Business Plus properties have everything listed except for express checkout. I know some locations do run out of papers, but that happens at all hotels, not just Best Western. I do think it is strange to put papers on hold though. |
