I will be flying on Horizon Air's new route from SJC-LAX-SJC in October. I got a good airfare $119 r/t. I am on the 9:40 AM flight going and the 1:00is PM return. I was wondering will these flights offer the complimentary Northwest wines and microbrews. What wine/microbrew do you recommend? Do they offer free refills or a second beer if I ask? Do the beers/wine come in a bottle or can?
What type of snacks are served in the morning and afternoon?
I have Boardroom Access at LAX so I will use it. I wanted to know do the Horizon flights pull up to a gate at Terminal 3 or do I need to go to gate 33 to take a shuttle to the remote AA or United terminal?
A bonus is that I get my AA miles(:

Yes beer & wine should be offered (unless too much turbulence prevents inflight service)
The brews & vinos change monthly so not sure what the offerings will be then... and it will be one wine and one microbrew at a time...

Snacks will be a bag of snack mix (lately, a pretzel mix). The beer this month is really good - Pyramid Red Ale.
Beer and wine are by the cup. Sometimes - especially if you're near the front or the back - you'll get a refill, sometimes not.

I think they are only available on afternoon and evening flights.
Do the beers/wine come in a bottle or can?
Both come from a bottle poured in plastic cups. Wine comes from 750ml bottle and Beer is poured from a 22oz bottle
Sometimes - especially if you're near the front or the back - you'll get a refill, sometimes not.

Oh damn and i thought they were being nice to me cuz i'm gold :p. I've only flown QX 2x. I'm 1:2 for refills. I was in MVPG seat when i got the refill. When i didnt get it was when i was in back (I was suprised I didnt get one considering i was the one that didnt give any trouble when asked to move due to weight & balance issues)

QX uses the gates at Terminal 3...no need for a remote shuttle.
