Dollar at EWR and PHL says retail customers with no return airline ticket have to use promo code MYWAY. Entering this vastly restricts vehicle size availability and significantly hikes all the prices.
Now, what if someone from, say, NC flies into EWR and wants to rent one-way home? Dollar's rate, including the drop charge, might sometimes be competitive with the others, especially for a week. But, there's no return airline ticket, because, by definition, the customer is not flying somewhere after the rental and is not returning to EWR. Do they still need to use promo MYWAY?
