WestJet Rewards - YVR-MBJ direct?

When I look on the Westjet web site, there is a message that states they are waiting for gov't approval to start direct flights to MBJ form YVR as well as a few other cities. Does anyone out there know when this may happen? I know that you can book via Regina already and they are one of the cities that is waiting for approval. I am planning my Nov vacation and I wonder if I should hold off. Thanks!

More information is found on this thread (about 1/2 way down the main forum page), although specific dates are not provided it sounds like some after November.
