Hertz - how do I transfer airline miles to Hertz points?

As a New Yorker, I can get about $100 of value for 500 Hertz points. I've got a bunch of different orphan airline miles and was wondering if there's a way to transfer any of my airline miles to Hertz #1 points. Any thoughts? Thanks much.

Pretty sure there's no way. But you can buy 500 points for $50 I think.
