Sorry I've tried to search and I'm sure it's here...but I can't find it. I have a 1 hr connection tomorrow US Airways -> United so heading terminal B to C based on my understanding. Is there an airside connection from B to C? I watched the little Massport video on Logan's website but I don't really see how this is possible.
US Airways says they don't have that information. United said they are all connected past security and since they are star alliance it is setup that way. Sounds a little fishy to me.
Thanks in advance!
Here's a post that talks about it, and it looks like the answer is 'no': http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/new-england/994673-boston-logan-connection-between-b-c-terminals.html

Thanks for the link lo2e! I figured the star answer was a line of b.s. Here's hoping I make this connection!

Your connection is tight, but not impossible if you are on time.
Logan has a separate building/secure area for each terminal, and they are not very well connected or signed with how you would get between them. I would definitely recommend planing how to get to Terminal C in advance given your tight connection time. Also, note there are two Terminal B buildings. One for US and other for AA/VX/NK.
You have two ways of doing this (both NOT airside as others have mentioned):
1 - If you are a fast walker, I would recommend exiting the terminal at the departures / ticketing level, cutting through the Terminal B parking garage into the other Terminal B building where AA is. Swing a left and keep walking out of Terminal B through some long corridors, past Air Tran, and you will eventually arrive at the UA check in counter (security for UA gates will be to your right after passing ticketing). I did this recently from the AA terminal and it was a 5-10 minute walk, so all-in should be under 15 minutes.
2 - Walk outside on the baggage claim level level and wait for a Massport shuttle bus #11 to take you two stops (runs every 15-20 minutes).
3 - Looking at the map on their website you *might* be able to do it by walking outside on the departures level, and take a sidewalk toward central parking. From there you can walk through the massive central parking structure and onto the bridge connecting to Terminal C. Has anyone done this before? My guess is option #1 will be easier.
Hope that helps, and good luck!

I'd go with the quoted poster's Option 1.
If you opt for the bus, as you exit the US side of Terminal B, look to your right to see if there's a blue-and-white Massport bus heading around the U at the end of the garage or in that general area. If there is, cross to the AA side of the terminal, walk left, and pick it up there. It might not be #11, but it could be. You can save a few minutes' wait that way if it is.
Don't walk through the central parking garage. It's the long way around, and all the connecting ramps are up on Level 4. Besides, the garage isn't air conditioned (or heated). That may matter some of the time.
(I know, both the quoted post and this are too late for the OP, but maybe someone else can benefit.)
