There are some HON Events, but this is not always the right place to address our point of view. Or is it better not to link such an event with the status? I asked what the procedure is for HONs traveling from MUC to TLV (never did it that way, normally going on LX or via FRA. They told me as HON I could use the normal check in, go to the FCL and be driven to the plane. Well that was plain wrong. Only possible if checking in with handluggage only or connecting in MUC. But stated without hesitation, giving me the feeling he knew what he was talking about... gna. 100 degrees F and I took a hike around the stupid terminal. At F they offered me to drive me to the FCL after security check, where I waited for 35mins for the driver. When I finally arrived the FCL dragon told me to hurry up with the refreshing as I have 5mins left in the lounge and had to dash to gate H44 right about now. I was confused and wondered why that is, boarding wouldn't start another 30mins. But please don't elaborate it always how you made your HON. Lufthansa is not satisfied with this outcome of the promotion. So take it and don't say it I think you do not help yourself.
