Midwest - Missouri write-up and pictures

Thanks again to those who helped us with this trip. We spent 22 days in Missouri...St Louis, Branson, Springfield and Kansas City. Our write up includes the multiple venues we visited, details of location and prices, time and quality, along with 250 pictures.
