I recently flew on United, Air Canada, BMI, and Lufthansa with my daughter, who has quite severe food allergies. How she was accomodated varied quite significantly between the airlines. I was wondering which airlines FTers felt were the best for persons with food allergies.
One other comment: why don't airlines provide a list of ingredients for the meals and foods that they serve. That would have been helpful for my daughter.
