My wife and I are thinking of using the Wayak inter-city shuttle van service to get from Campeche (with a stop at Uxmal) to Merida this winter. There's a chance we'll also use it for other purposes on the trip as well, such as from Cancun to Merida and perhaps on to Campeche. Has anyone used it? Is it reliable? Comfortable?
Thanks for any info!

I used it once between Oaxaca and Mexico City.
There were hardly any passengers that time, so it was very comfortable, as I could stretch my legs out as much as I wanted. But think like a minivan, and I took the seat that was off by itself.
I've only taken it once, but it was timely. The driver does tend to speed and pass in no-passing zones, though. In contrast, regular buses are restricted to 95 km/hour.
I'm not sure if this will apply in your case, but it was door to door in my case, which saves a lot of hassle with cabs.
