Mid-Atlantic - What are the best parts of Atlantic City

I'm going to a Bachelor Party in middle of August in AC and we're looking for the best/most fun things to do in AC. Boozing/gambling and strip clubs are the obvious for a Bachelor Party but we're looking for the other good stuff to do. Where is the best place to eat? off the beaten path things? wild/crazy stuff to beat out the typical bachelor party...

Stay at the Borgata or Water Club if you can and eat at Old Homstead for dinner. I am not sure in terms of clubs what is fun but my highest recommendation for a way to nurse the hangover is a Cheesteak and Italian Sub from White House Subs I think it is on Mississippi St. The place is an institution and lines form at opening time for a table. This is a must!!

I second the White House sub idea.....the place has great subs and tons of local character
