Have anyone received, and redeemed the Free Night Voucher as part of the "Stay Twice, Get a FREE Night!"? I'm curious on the availability and if anyone has come across any problems. Also, any tips on how we know if there is availability before calling in? e.g. if I so a "search by points" and a night is available does that mean my Free Night Voucher will work?

I just completed my 2 stays on July 19 and July 21. I don't see even the stays recorded on my profile yet. I plan on calling BW after about a week and ask them when should I expect the voucher.
Since this promotion has been going on for some time, I'll be interested to know as well, if anyone has received the voucher, or if anyone has asked customer service as to when should they expect the voucher. I understand what the promotion says - 4-6 weeks after the stay, but will be good to check first hand rather than waiting. I'll report back when I have some news on my voucher.

Hey, I'm still waiting for (from previous promotions in the last few months):
1. The $50 BW gift card (for 2 stays back whenever).
2. The 3000 (or actually 5000 because I'm Elite?) points for using a purchased $100 BW gift card for a qualified stay.
I am thus not sanguine about getting a free stay certificate any faster.

Wow! you've been waiting for last few months for gift cards from the prior promotions.
Thanks for the update. That made me clear up my mind not to try for another 2 night stay, since I'm gold with BW, and for elite customers, the promotions says you can have 2 vouchers.
I'm not holding my breath now, for the voucher :-)) but will report back here if and when I get it.
I called customer service and asked them to reserve my 2 free nights (Calistoga BW) because by the time I get them (??) there may not be award nights available. They at first balked and said no way, but then did it because both voucher #s were in my account but who knows when I will get them.

By account, do you mean you checked your online account, and saw the voucher numbers there?
It's good to know that the room can be booked just with voucher number, but then you run into the risk of having to pay rack rate if the vouchers don't arrive by the time of your stay.

No, CS could see the voucher # but not me. My stay is not until the end of October so hopefully the vouchers will arrive by then:D:D

1. I got the $50 GC approximately on 30 Jun. It fell under the seat in my car, and I just discovered it yesterday, so I can't recall exactly when I received it in the mail.
2. The 5000 bonus points posted on 19 Jul.
3. I received both free night certificates today. Each one was mailed separately.

Ditto for me-except I have used the 50$ card already towards one of the qualifying stays for a free nite cert which I just got yesterday. The certificate is dated July 19. It is good till 12-26. You can call 800-780-7234 and tell rez that u have a free nite voucher room, must be booked under rate code FX. The voucher is transferrable. Subject to availablity. If you are expecting one soon, you could call up and see if property you want has space make rz and hope u get the voucher before. But that probably isn't kosher especially if they ask you for a voucher #.
