KLM Flying Dutchman - KLM Website very sporadic?

When logging on to the KLM web site with my FB number I now get the following, even though I do have a few reservations:
Welcome
Mr. CUPART
You have accumulated
XXX XXX Award Miles
Your next flight
You do not have any reservations
If it hadn't been that I no longer pay much attention to what the KLM/AF web sites tell you I would have been very upset.
Isn't it losing its value when it doesn't do what it's supposed to do?

Regular problem. Just reload, that fixes it for me. If it doesn't for you, you might have a different problem...

Isn't there a "can't find your reservation" button/section? You just enter your PNR and it'll add the itinerary to your account list. This happens sometimes for flights booked on the AF website.

It is in MMB - counterintuitive as the website tells you there is no booking but at least the possibility to add bookings is there...

There is, however the page that shows this button is ONLY accessible when there is at least one flight in the system for you. I have never been able to find the link to the bookings overview when no bookings are known by KL.
As for the error Cuport is experiencing, its a common KL website issue. Usually refreshing the page will fix it.

On the right side, in the FB box, yepp. That button will only appear when there's at least one reservation in the system.
But you can always access the same page when logged into FB through the "Manage My Booking" button on the left, on top of "book a flight" box. That should lead you to the page you're looking for.

The website is very strange at present. It often shows the 'next flight' for a few days after it is completed...
It recently refused to recognise I was me despite accepting the fact that I was already logged in when I made the booking. It then took a booking in my name - then refused to find it again. KLM on the phone said it was definitely in the system, but at the airport it wasn't - as it was a fully C flight they cancelled and remade it but the flight I actually took now sits on my account with zero credits for miles or status just that it 'happened'. Persuading KLM that I actually flew that day seems to be a bit of struggle.
I really wouldn't rely on the website in terms of tracking miles, and I always verify them after flying.

My experiences especially with regard to mileage overviews and booking management have also been inconsistent, namely being unable to log on at all, or the system showing no evidence of upcoming flights. I usually have better results when using Explorer instead of Chrome although there are no guarantees here either.

I have said it before and I will say it again and again and again...
The KL website is an absolute joke.
Given that the internet is rapidly becoming the most important point of sale for airlines KLM is going to loose out big time. The online 'experience' is partly the reason I moved to BA. Best website in the business.

I wouldn't be so harsh. The website works in most cases for what I need it: Booking a flight, finding out about an itinerary, the regular FB Milage check and contact the FB or any other service desk and of course the OLCI.
But the page is not really reliant. Sometimes it breaks, a reload fixes it etc. Wiping the cache or the cookies helps in some cases too.
This is all not absolutely satisfying but you it's okay...
Lately however, the page is full of fail. The upcoming flights are only very rarely shown, the manage my booking interface becomes useless that way and the milage account in the FB area is faulty as well. It shows my last flights as both level as well as segment flights but then it does not update the total milage nor does it update the last transaction date etc...

Hmm... it might be true for KL, but I know for sure that there are way more sales for AF being made by third party (TA, brokers, etc.) than by AF websites.
