We just completed a four-day stay at Traverse City Cambria Suites. To be quite honest, I was entirely surprised with the property.
CHECK-IN: Right upon entry, we were greeted by a friendly professional clerk, who answered all our questions, gave us our room assignment and sent us on our way. The lobby was delightfully modern and very welcoming - very much Aloft style.
ROOMS: Our suites were quite spacious and clean. The decor, like that of the lobby, was clean, modern, and no-nonsense. Huge showers were complimented by Bath & Body Works products.
LOCATION: The hotel is not "downtown" Traverse City, but that city is tiny, so everything is within reach. Plus, the hotel provides a free shuttle (which I never saw used).
BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served in the Wolfgang Puck Cafe at the cost of $7.95 per person for buffet.
I have nothing negative to say about this property, and I'd stay here again.
