Well, I knew after years of typically good and punctual experiences on LAN, when they'd blow it, they'd blow it big. And they finally did. I'd prefer not to write to the general email inbox which is going to get a standard and not productive reply. (If anyone happens to know who the SFO station manager is, that would be helpful, too). Please reply privately if it is a name that shouldn't be plastered about publicly.

And no, it is not keeping me from future LAN travels.

I have only been home a couple of days, overtired, and sick. But basically, a serious delay one way, and a cancellation/reroute on AA the other way.

The LAN customer service number for San Francisco International is 650.826.7639. Good luck getting anyone to answer/call you back. My husband and I called them 7 times and left 3 messages and got no reply back, even when promised by desk agents that they would take our call.
This is THE WORST airline I have ever flown and I will NEVER fly with them again.

Interesting first post. :rolleyes: I've flown them at least a couple hundred thousand miles and I've had one really horrible experience. I've had several variable ones, and many good ones. I've had a really crappy response from CS, and yet, still have 3 trips booked to/from South America at the present time.
