The TalkBoard, in accordance with its guidelines, recommends that Radioman be removed from the TalkBoard. This motion is made on June 16, 2010 after having started a discussion thread in the private TalkBoard forum on this subject matter on June 7, 2010 and the TalkBoard President notifying Radioman of such thread on June 9, 2010, via private message.
The TalkBoard does not make the recommendation to remove a member-elected representative lightly and the basis of this recommendation is on Sections F.vii.a and F.vii.d of the TalkBoard Guidelines.

Fails to participate in three consecutive discussions on pending motions without prior notice, where prior notice constitutes a post posted in the thread kept for that purpose in the private TalkBoard forum

Demonstrates by his/her actions that he/she is not able to actively participate in the TalkBoard duties
Radioman did not participate in either the public or private forum discussions on the Ambassador Vote, the Mileage Run Restriction Vote, or the TalkBoard Guidelines change vote, nor has he taken an active role in the TalkBoard related forums or notified the TalkBoard of his absence. Radioman failed to post notice of his absense or inablility to participate in the designated thread in the private TalkBoard forum.
Per TalkBoard Guidelines, this vote shall take place via secret ballot and a 2/3 majority shall be required for approval of such a motion. Should the ballot pass, the motion and results shall be posted in the public forum. Should the motion fail, there is no public notification.
This proposal shall be automatically withdrawn and canceled if Radioman voluntarily resigns from the TalkBoard before voting is completed.
