New England - BOS to Radisson - 200 Stuart St on the T
I have never been to Boston and find myself there numerous times over the next 7 weeks. I arrive weekdays on AA mid-afternoon and depart 8 am.
The first trip has me @ The Radisson, 200 Stuart St. The hotel's instructions suggest the bus transfer to the Blue Line @ BOS - Blue - Green - Arlington. Is a viable option the Silver Line to South Station and then the Red to the Green to Arlington? (The bus just seems more of a hassle...)

I would take the transfer bus to blue line and then to the green line. But that is personal preference. They run very often and never more than a couple minute wait.
The Silver line is technically a bus (albeit bigger one) and not a traditional subway line if that changes your opinion.
Personal preference might dictate some answers here.
Cheers.

Will you have baggage? What I'd do is Silver Line to South Station,
then walk 3/4 mile westward: the bus-Blue-Green rigmarole saves
you a mere 10 minutes of walking.
I live about a block from the Radisson. What I typically do at BOS is just grab the first bus that arrives, either the shuttle bus to the Blue line or the Silver line bus. The stops for both are pretty close to each other. I'll wait at Blue line bus stop and if I see the Silver line bus pulling up, I'll just walk to that stop. However, I do have a slight preference from the Blue-Green option because it typically seems less crowded and a bit faster.
I confess to not knowing the Silver Line was a bus. I will have only a light back pack. Looks like I'll take the bus that comes first. If it's the Silver Line, I'll just walk from South Station.
Appreciate the input.

Since you are able to walk, I would recommend just taking the Silver Line. It will take you directly to South Station, and then you have a 10 minute walk. Otherwise you are looking at bus + blue line + green line. My personal preference is to have the fewest transfers possible.
While the Silver Line is technically a bus, it is a nice one, and about the same as the Green Line which is a trolley and I find very crowded.
