You are right, I need to change my sig, though failing to exceed expectations and accomplish goals (pun intended) is nothing to be proud of. One also wonders about the qualification process with teams like North Korea making the cut.

you raise a good point......but the one thing that Mexico and England had in common that fateful day is that they re inforced the need for video replay on goals.
