Points required for Sep 16, 2010 - Nov 30, 2010 are now listed on each hotel's webpage. While it's too early for anyone to book these, you can at least start checking out the options for planning purposes.

Not by my calendar it isn't. Today is Jun 26th, you posted this yesterday and thus on Jun 25th, and 90 days from that (Diamond Elites' booking window) was Sep 23rd, one full week into the new dates.

The points can change (up or down) about 5 times per year. The points required for dates within the next 90 - 120 days are listed on each hotel's homepage. For some seasonal properties, these changes are probably cyclical.
