Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - who can I credit pacific blue flight to?

My wife and I flew Pacific Blue and tried to credit the miles to our Virgin Atlantic accounts. Virgin Atlantic says only can credit Virgin Blue flights.

Any other airlines to credit to other than the Virgin Blue program?

Only Virgin Blue's in house program alow crediting to Pacific Blue flights
