Sort of an odd question, but thought I'd ask it. I am going to be in Copenhagen for work in October and I would like to take advantage of the opportunity to go travel somewhere close by. I have seen Copenhagen and parts of the surrounding areas, so I have little interest in seeing those again and I would like to go somewhere relatively warm.
My requirements are:
- Somewhere within close flying distance to Copenhagen (ideally with direct flights available -- please list airlines as appropriate).
- Somewhere warm during October.
- Somewhere with not too much chance of rain in October.
Places that come to mind (but I have no idea whether flights from Copenhagen are doable or not):
- Turkey
- Morocco
- Croatia (though I think there is a high likelihood of rain)
- (been to all these places) Southern Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greek islands
Any thoughts?
