WestJet Rewards - Airmiles Hotel Redemptions..Certs or Points?

Looking to convert a bunch of Airmiles to AA Miles through one of the Airmiles Hotel Partners...

so...Airmiles--->Hotel Partner----?AA

I see that you can get ICH Priority Club points if you convert your airmiles...is there another way to get SPG or another hotel brand that might get a better rate?
