I believe you can cancel an existing booking right up departure, but what about making a change - is it the same as for making a new booking (i.e. 7 days out for blue/silver, and 3 days for gold)?
Or can you do it close to the time?
I'm kicking myself for not being able to call the ICC yesterday after seeing a much better itin for a trip in 10 days' time (which of course went overnight at my end - pesky work meetings and time differences :mad:) but can't easily see just up until when I could call the ICC to make a change if something else comes up...
