Midwest Airlines Midwest Miles (Pre-Alignment) - drink tickets

i can usually find some drink tickets for most airlines on ebay. was looking for midwest/frontier and didnt come across any. I was hoping to find some of them before my trip to vegas for my 30th bday. do they offer these anywhere?

There's no such thing on Frontier as far as I know. And, don't bring your cash as they don't accept that either.
