Dollar - Is there a fee for an additional driver under 25?

I know they charge if the original driver is under 25 for $25/day, but does Dollar charge if the additional driver is under 25 and the original driver is OVER 25?

Hertz will waive the underage fee with either Gold Family (www.hertz.com/goldfamily) or with the underage coupon under the "offers" tab.

It may vary by location, but generally, it would be the sum of the additional driver fee plus the underage fee. The underage fee is applied regardless of whether the underage driver is primary or secondary.
