Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns (Pre-Alignment) - Found EarlyReturns Card

I found a Ascent Level EarlyReturns Card for a Teresa Porter in Rockville, MD where I work. If you know her or are he please send me a PM so I can get it back to you.

Also, if I can't find this person should I destroy the card or call EarlyReturns and let them know? Thanks for the help!

Also, if you could put a little note in the envelope stating why it is being returned, that would be helpful too.
