Orlando - Hotel on/near Disney that has a suite

I'm traveling with my sister, neice and aunt as they go to Florida late next month. Can anyone recommend a hotel, ideally on Disney, that has a suite that we could all stay in. The girls could all share a room and I can camp out somewhere else. We have plans during the week but would like to do this on a weekend. Ideally, we'd like to get the fast passes to make it worthwhile.
Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.

You can rent any of the Disney Vacation club units and get anything from a studio up to a 3 bedroom. There are several of them near the parks.
If you're only doing a weekend, if you determine which park(s) you want to visit, I can give you the name of the DVC to ask for.

Ideally, we'd like to get the fast passes to make it worthwhile.I maybe misunderstanding your comment, but note that at Disney staying onsite has no bearing on getting or using FastPasses. Staying onsite can get you into a specific park early or stay late, but doesn't get you any FastPass benefits. Everyone in the park gets the same FastPass access.
Staying onsite at the Unversal Parks does get you an unlimited fastpass to their rides. This is a huge benefit of staying onsite at Universal.

Only if one considers actually riding the rides at Universal to be a "benefit". ;)
All of the Disney moderate and deluxe resorts have suites, so if you don't mind paying for it, that would be your best and most convenient option. The DVC rooms are also fine, but I would tend to recommend them for longer stays due to their home-like amenities.

While not onsite, Marriott has some of their "timeshare" properties about as close to disney as possible without being onsite (i.e. just across the street.) I mention these as Discover America has some MVCI (Marriott timeshare) properties as one of their Daily Giveaway Promos on June 1st (Tuesday).
The http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/marriott-rewards/1089316-discover-america-daily-getaways-mvc-5-night-stay-600-6-01-10-10am-et.html thread in the Marriott forum discusses this offer. But in a nutshell, you could get 5 nights in a 2 bedroom suite (and MVCI properties are very nice and big) for only $600.
In Marriott's Worldcenter Resort complex there are three MVCI properties. One of them, Imperial Palms, is a three-bedroom property and couldn't be used by this promo. But the other two "Palm" properties, Royal and Sabal, are 2 bedroom units and could be used. And being on the Worldcenter Resort property you would get full access to the Resort's amenities including the very nice pools.

For the last year, we've always stayed at the Homewood Suites Lake Buena Vista (http://homewoodsuites1.hilton.com/en_US/hw/hotel/MCOVSHW-Homewood-Suites-by-Hilton-Lake-Buena-Vista-Orlando-Florida/index.do). It's a verynew hotel, and 1-bedroom suites can be had for as low as $80 per night in the off-season, more like $120 per night in the summer. It's ~10 minutes to EPCOT and MGM, and maybe 15 toAnimal Kingdon or Magic Kingdom.

Deluxe Villa Hotels have the best value suites.. doubles for timeshare. Best value is Fort Wilderness Cabins.. sleeps 6 and has a kitchenette for mid-$200s per night.
Contemporary Resort just opened last year.. so brand new everything.. if you pay the big $$$s and want new, go there. Its just right outside of Magic Kingdom, and the suites have views of the Magic Kingdom or Water.^
