Frontier miles are not worth much since their award availability is very low except if you for choice awards.

I hope this is one of the things getting better soon after they managed to sort out the merger. The redemption levels are getting worse though, instead of 20k miles you will need 25k miles after June 15th. And they did get rid of one way awards on the standard level.
The new last seat available awards are the only real attractive ones if you absolutely have to fly on a heavy travel day.

With the prices above its only worth it if you can find an award seat and are a couple miles short.
