If you are willing to travel abit ~ 15 to 20mins
East coast park center has plenty of restaurants;
Tung Lok - Dim sum buffet lunch
open air BBQ restaturant for dinner (cant remember name)
Katong Village
Samba Brazil Steakhouse Churrascaria

If you are looking at Changi airport specifically, then AZUR at Crown Plaza is alright.
