Peru - Star Peru Online Booking

I'm trying to book a flight but the site doesn't allow me to input the cardholder name for my credit card. Has anyone been able to do this recently? The entire site itself is pretty poorly designed. I'm wondering if it's worth the cost to just fly TACA or LAN rather than dealing with this.

The site is very very poorly designed.

I had major issues getting a multi-leg trip ticketed so had to call their office, get them to create the itin, give my the PNR and then pay for it online... When it came time to pay, i didn't have any issues with actually processing the payment.

I agree the Star Peru site is extremely poorly designed. I tried buying 3 rt tickets on their site, got the PNR but couldn't get my payment to go through, even after a lot of emails back and forth with their reservation desk for 2 days. Plus they want to charge me an extra $15 per ticket leg ($90 in total) because my card doesn't have the Verified by Visa feature. I ended buying TACA tickets because the total was less than the total with Star Peru (with the extra fee).

Thank you for your post, Otamxuan. I need to fly this route in early May and have been struggling with StarPeru as well (while watching the fares creep up), and Taca seems like a superior option.

I've also decided to just go with TACA. Star just doesn't seem to be worth the trouble.
