Not sure if National really cares, but there are some serious service delivery issues for premium customers at SEA during late evenings that need to be fixed.
Essentially, if you show up after about 10p or so, everyone goes to the aisle area for their cars (problem 1) - the only differentiator that status offers, is you can go get your car keys from the aisle instead of waiting at the booth for assignment, but then you need to come back to the booth and stand in line with the common folk to get checked out. There can sometimes be a dozen people in line, resulting in a wait that can approach 30 minutes.
If National closes the exit booths after a specific hour, they need to set aside a line at the Emerald booth to give priority to Aisle and Executive members so they can bypass the wait.
Making an Executive member stand in line behind a bunch of non-members to check their car out is completely unacceptable.
